Settings
Settings opens from the menu and is split into sections.
“Default currency” is the one everything is converted to wherever currencies have to be compared: Analysis, the Chart, the daily report. It does not change account balances — those always stay in their own currency. Below it you see when rates were last loaded, and “Refresh” fetches new ones.
“Reporting period” is the most underrated setting here. It decides the span the figures under the circles and the category limits are counted over: a week, a month, a quarter or a year. “Start” sets which day the period counts from: if your salary lands on the tenth, set the tenth — and the app's month will line up with your financial month.
“Personal” holds what changes the look: “Show budget” turns on the limit line under the circles, “Coloured overspending” picks fill or ring, “Theme” switches light and dark, and “Sounds” control the feedback when you record a transaction.
“Helpers” is where the archive, “Protect storage”, export and import live — each has an article of its own. Below them sit the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
