Income, accounts, spending
You create every circle yourself. The starter kit is only a placeholder: the app knows neither your banks nor what you spend on.
All of it happens in edit mode: the pencil in the home screen header. The dashed plus at the end of a row adds a circle to that row, the pencil on a circle opens its settings, the cross removes it.
What you are asked for depends on the row.
A category asks for a name, a currency and a limit — those have an article of their own, because the same screen is where you choose whether this is a category, a goal or a debt.
Any circle can change its icon: tap the icon in the header of its settings. The set is the same for every row; the colour comes from the row.
The order inside a row is yours: in edit mode, drag a circle to a new place. Keep the ones you use most at the front.
There are no subcategories, and that is a decision rather than something missing. A category tree invites endless refinement, and that is what people abandon tracking over. When you need the detail, use a tag on the transaction: it gives the same precision without making you design a structure up front.
A circle you no longer need is better archived than deleted: the cross in edit mode asks what you mean. “Remove the icon only” takes the circle off the home screen while its transactions stay in the stats and in the feed — the money really was spent. “Erase all transactions” removes those too.
The archive opens from Menu → Archive. While a circle is archived its figures do not vanish from past months — only the home screen changes.
