Chart: Overall, Income, Expenses
The chart puts months side by side: the green line is income, the red one expenses. It answers not “where did the money go” but “is this month better or worse than the last”.
Three tabs on top: “Overall” shows both lines, “Income” and “Expenses” show one each. That is not decoration — the scale on the left is computed only from the lines actually shown. When income is several times larger than spending, the expense line is squashed against the axis on the overall tab and month-to-month differences vanish; on its own tab it spreads over the full height.
The figures under the chart cover the same months you see on screen, in the same default currency.
The rules match Analysis: transfers are not counted, accounts outside the total balance and goals without “Count in expenses” take no part, and amounts are converted to your default currency using the last rates.
